Kate Middleton and her sister, Pippa Middleton, appear to have shown up for London Fashion Week, but it’s not really them. The Duchess of Cambridge and Pippa are portrayed by two models posing for photographer Alison Jackson. Jackson’s speciality is using look-alike models of celebrities in pictures depicted in various situations that would likely never happen.
The models wore clothes designed by Philip Colbert for The Rodnik Band label. Kate and Pippa were the inspiration for the shoot. Gabriella Douglass was pictured as the Duchess and Hannah Williams was Pippa Middleton.

Both women are dead ringers for the Middleton sisters. Gabriella just hopes the real Kate is pleased with what she sees and doesn’t look at the images and feel she looks nothing like her.
